With a natural curiosity and a love of all things related to science and technology, Kathy specializes in helping clients tell their stories through clear, concise, and compelling content. During the course of her career, Kathy has developed almost every type of content imaginable — from websites to white papers, magazine articles to user manuals, press releases to presentations — for technical and non-technical audiences. Her specialty is making complex ideas and leading-edge technologies understandable and exciting to a variety of target audiences.
She has experience being a part of, and leading, teams that develop corporate marketing content, executive communications, and end-user documentation for international technology companies such as Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent and Newbridge Networks), Schneider Electric, RFS, CrossKeys Systems, and Ubiquity Software. She has also worked on marketing content and user manuals for the launch of consumer products.
Kathy is a senior writer at Aragona Agency and applies her expertise writing for all mediums and overseeing junior content creators. She received a Bachelor of Journalism, with a minor in French from Carleton University, and has studied the psychology of user interface design at the university level.
