Rosa has more than 30 years of public and private sector experience in finance, administration, and human resources management.
Early in her career, she was a co-founder and graphic designer of an Ottawa-based entertainment magazine and worked as a graphic designer at a national wedding magazine. From the private sector, she moved into senior finance, administration, and human resources positions at Revenue Canada. A true entrepreneur, she left the public service to co-found a successful Ottawa-based marketing agency. During that time, she also worked as an accounting and payroll officer for a wholesale furniture distributor and a helicopter transport services company.
Today, Rosa is a partner at Aragona Agency and is responsible for financial management, day-to-day administrative operations, and human resources management.
Rosa has studied interior design and graphic design, and holds a diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College.
