The Challenge

Haystack Magic’s unique, on-premises location and tracking solution leverages cloud technologies, smartphones, a relative location method of contextual mapping, and human associative memory triggers to deliver asset location information to a smartphone. To move from stealth mode and support sales, business development, and investor relations efforts, the company needed to establish a market presence quickly and cost effectively.

The Approach

Aragona Agency structured a cost-effective marketing “starter kit” that enabled Haystack Magic to establish an online presence that would support its initial market development efforts. The program included development of key messaging and positioning statements that focused on the value of the Haystack Magic offering, as well as content and design for a new website and marketing collateral.

The Result

Haystack Magic launched its new market identity on time and on budget. It was able to leverage its collateral for immediate trade show and sales requirements, successfully beginning the process of positioning the company with its target market and establishing the presence it needed to introduce its product to potential customers and investors.
